Youth to Camp, Summer 2024

The youth of Zion are excited about summer camp at Lutheran Valley Retreat near Florissant, Colorado, the first week of July 2024!

Learn and grow in God’s Word while experiencing:

God’s creation in the Pike National Forest.
Archery and tomahawk throwing
Giant swing and ropes courses
Fishing – arts & crafts
FUN with other campers

Thank you for contributing during the Easter breakfast to help the youth cover costs of camp and transportation to Colorado. Donations anytime are welcome also.

Children’s Christmas Program

The Children’s Christmas Program at Zion this year will be during the Sunday morning worship service on December 24th.

To participate, bring your child and teen to practice during the 9:15am education hour each Sunday in December. Let us know you are interested and send us any questions you might have.

Youth Sunday Bible Study: “Youth Impact”

Every Sunday at 9:15am before the worship service youth ages 11+ get together with Pastor Stephen for a Bible Study and to work together on “Impact Projects” such as creating evangelism graphics for social media, preparing music, or planning events that share God’s love in the world. Older youth 15+ are invited to also take part in the YouthLead leadership training offered throughout the year.

On Sunday mornings, enter the building through the courtyard gate and auditorium door located at the top of the ramp. Classes for younger children and for adults take place during this 9:15 education hour.

Summer Music Camp – July 14-17

Guitar, Violin, Organ, Trumpet, Vihuela, Guitarron Handbells, and Voice

Join us at Zion from 9am to noon July 14-17, 2022 for music camp for ages 8 and up. Expand your skills at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Registration Fee is $10.
